According to standrized definition "law is the system of rules which a particular country or community recognizes as regulating the actions of its members and which it may enforce by the imposition of penalties". The objective of law is to establishment of rule of law in a state and protecting rights of citizens. One of the most important functions of states is to ensure justice to their citizens. The law is based on equality and justic to their citizens without any discrimination. Evey country has own law and the country derive by this law. The law has speific punishment for every type of illegal activity. There are mainly two type of type of law- civil law and criminal law. The type of punishment is depends upon the type of crime like, in case of murder a peson can punish for a life sentence and for a rape and murder togather a could could be order for death sentence. These days in some country, in case of rarest of rare court order for death sentence. In India rape with murder, terrorism terrorist activities come under this category.

There are many social activist and human rights activist are against of death sentence and lsupport for life sentence in the case of rarest of rare. If we talk about the Islamic countries then death sentence is a common punishment because they follow Sharia Islamic law that is different than the other law that are adopting by the non-muslim countries like, The US, Canada, India etc. But thses days type of crimes have been changed and a country like India is facing the heious crime like, raoe, rape with murder, rape with small child, child traffiking and its getting increase day by day. These types of crime in some Muslim countries and African countries have increased rapidly. The world is also facing the terrorists attacks that are responsible fot thousands of death worldwide. Its getting increase because our law is liberal for them, our legal process have many loopholes and its take a long time to reach at the final judgement. As an example you a person involve in a heinous crime then he can appeal in the hight court against the judgement of district court, if the high court keep continue the judgement of district court then criminal go for the supreme court and he can appeal again and again against the final judgement of the supreme court and in Indea its take time for 8 to30 years. Criminals have no fear because law are liberal for them. If we activate death sentence all over the world then it could creat a fear within the criminals and crime rate could get decrease. If we strictly punish to the criminal then it will discourage them for doing crimes and the crime rate will decrease automatically. We should activate death sentence for the heinous crimes and get start to hanging the rapist, killers, smugglers then it will pass a good message within the nice people also. It will increase the confidence level in the law and increased the respect for law also.
