Expert Solution

1. workplace complexity is modern days imposition of multi-tasking job folds. So the work is having two levels of complexity: a) position of work b) and the no. of assigned work. so the first one is the level of pressure you are having it will define the seriousness of the work pressure concentration on a worker. as a low level, you are working your level of pressure will decrease. at the same time as your position increase in the company, the level of pressure will be more concentrated.

The next one is the no. of tasks been assign to the worker decide the complexity. it means if a worker been assigned multitasking then the chances of committing a mistake are more. if a worker is doing only one task he/she doesn't need high skill or more qualification. with known knowledge only he/she can accomplish the work with less defect. So if we think that the higher qualification can solve the complexity it may be true where the system is fully automated but in the manual case or the labor-oriented office need division of labor to accomplish the work more efficiently.

2. With a growing immigrant population, one thing is clear that the competition is high. here the citizens need to define themselves as better compared to the opposite competitor. Now the positive point of the immigrant worker is that they are ready to work with a low salary and they are ready to take more workload. So it will be a good aspect for the companies to get a good no. of workers whereas workers are readily available to take the Job.

Now discussing the naturalization of citizen is a time processed tatus of immigrant labor who define initially as an immigrant and with the course of time, he/she may join as a worker and a naturalized citizen. some of the countries are having a direct naturalized citizen process where you don't need to do any effort, but some of the countries may need some paperwork to settle it.

3. Job range is the capability of responsibility taking, where the worker's position will define the seriousness of his job responsibility. if a worker is lower or the laborer then the responsibility is confined to the assigned job only. when the range of work will progress with experience the responsibility also increased accordingly. it will not only require the dedication of a worker towards the assigned job but also it determine the presence of the mind/decision-making capability of a worker. so at that position, the worker is not a simple other taking worker he may be having leadership power within the sub circle.

Now discussing about the job of a president, definitely it is very high compared to the other. he is the highest authority to make a decision. His qualification, as well as his analytic skill, is most important for a company. it is the president who's a decision can build a company at its hight and also can down the company. so the job and the associated responsibility of the president is comparatively high. A president should have the personality to be presented with his/her experience and popularity.
