1.Delegation is the transfer of only the authoriety to perform a specific tasks in a specified situation to a competant individual,here the responsiility is never transfering.The responsibilities always lies with the person who delegate the task,so the nurse who delegate some duties to someone always should provide them enough training and support before and during performing the task.

2.The five individual powers are,

Expert power-some particular skills or expertise that other value.Eg;power that professionals like doctors,nurses possess.

Reward power-power to give positive things that others need.Eg;money,praise.

Legitimate power-power that comes with position or authoriety.Eg;Being a manager or director.

Refrent power-it comes from strong relationship with othersEg;charismatic leaders.

Coercive power-power to punish and force others to action.Eg;power to terminate employee if he or she doesnot follow order.

Positive reinforcement is a powerful motivator.Because scientists proved that it helps to make changes in some ones behaviour or to teach someone to something than negative reinforcement like punishment.

3.Leadership is the ability to influence other people,whereas the power is a person's ability to control activities of other people.A leader without power is not effective because to lead a group of people to acheive specific tasks within the time limit leader have to put some control over them.so leader with enough power is always better than a leader without power.
