Strengths:
1- Achiever : As an Achiever MD must ready to accomplish the task with a constant drive. Once who find out the future of task before to start.
2- Command : Commanding is a positions of leadership without fear of confrontation. A person with above position always commanding authority so that he or she must be accountable with respact to organization and their people. The commanding is not kind of dictatorship but to an art to get the work by your people with satisfaction.
3- Context : context is the ability to use past experience to make future vision. A responsible person with managing position must be able to get teachings from past and implement in future task with the help of present atmosphere. Context make Authority, a visionary who can assume possible conditions.
4- Discipline : This strength is very important for any position because imposition of order is mean nature of Authority, their are three type of discipline but most effective is self discipline. A disciplined working group can handle big task because they work as a individual who have more experience than one person, they can complete work as it had to done.
5- Empathy : Empathy is related to emotions to others but not emotion imbalance. Empathy is most important quality of M.D. to get the willful and faithfull help by the working group but in business areas emotional behaviour sometimes not accepetable because this can show the real people instead of role person.
