In organization or any company if you want survive the two things is very important for me i.e. Sales Team and Quality Product. Though company can produce quality product but to place into the hands of the people Sales Team is very important
As I am expanding my business to other region I am going to hire sales team .

For hiring sales team or any personal I will look some quality for hiring .So I will be posting some of the requirement for Hiring are as follows: -

  • I will be looking to hire sales managers from top B-School. The reasons is that in Top B-school (Business School) ,the amount of training and soft skills are provided by them ,makes them good at perfect sales guy. They got lots of internships during their training ,followed by lots of team building activities .These are the factors I will be hiring guy or girl from Top B-school .
  • Some of the Qualities I would be looking for my organization in Top Sales Manager are as follows –
  • The Person should be well Groomed, in sales grooming must be good, if proper grooming and neat and clean is not there, then client will reject. As it client facing job so you need to be well Groomed always.
  • He should be good in communication, because in sales, a product is sale when there is a proper communication between two parties. So that person should be well conversed with English and local language if required.
  • He should have power of Negotiation skills and convincing skills. Without negotiation and convincing skills it’s very difficult to sales product in the market.
  • The person should have analytical skills so that he or she can analysis the market ,competitors positions, give suggestion how to expand market and bring revenue for the organization.

I want to share one example of my Boss who is a Branch Manager in Top Broking Firm -
He joined as Associate from Business School. He has having good grooming and good power neiigotation skills. Initially he struggle say 2 or 3 months. After that he started with a good started. In 4 years from Associate to Branch Manager, he was highest earning member in Zones; he was few people who have been promoted very quickly. So he told us that you should know the product and have analysis skills and most important things you should have clean clothes and good grooming.
