1. I work in hewlett packard (HP) company and the role of the interviewer (individual) was the developer.(code developer).

2.The key characteristics of the manager are given as:

He should be friendly with all the employee.

He should be well desciplined so that other coworkers will seek the qualities of the manager

He should monitor the working of the project at regular intervals so that project meets the deadline.

the manager should be good time manager.

He should be loyal to his employees.

He should be a best leader.

He should be a best motivator.

He should be innovative,best creative human being.

He must be a good observer to divide the project in different components according to employee capabilities to acheive the goals.

3. im satisfiesd with responses of the colleague but coleague is saying that the manager should be creative but what type of creativity the manager should posses,what type of leadership he should follow in his project as there are lot of projects with different point of views sometimes we dont have to follow the shorter path to acheive the goals but sometimes we have to follow the longer path to get the experiece with different attributes of the project.
