Those born between 1946-1964 values quality care and visits the doctor's office multiple times. For them healthcare is very serious because their personal health needs continue to increase. They act as care givers for their parents as well as advisors for their children. They like to ask more questions to the providers.
Those born between 1965 and 1979,tend to shop for healthcare providersproviders like searching for new products in the grocery store. They give particular attention to brand's reputation. Also they change providers frequently based on their experiences. They spend more time online searching information and reading reviews, diagnosis and treatment options. They like to educate themselves.
The generation between 1981 and 2000,those who are surrounded by technology, collect information from multiple sources like social medias, online, research etc. They keep good personal relationship with their providers.
