design a holistic strategy for your human resources system that includes age-neutral hiring and a succession plan for knowledge transfer from older workers to younger workers. we may use a company that we are currently working for or you may use a fictional company, or we may design this for our ideal company. The strategies that can be adopted by the Amazon company to neutralize the hiring and planning for succession in the hiring of new employees are:-
1) Mentorship program of new employees:-The company should not remove the older employees as soon as they hire new employees. The company should conduct the mentorship programs so that the new employees can learn the company's work and principles from the old employees who are getting retire from the job.
2) The older employees should give a chance to formulate the company's plans as they have been working in the company since extended and knows everything about the work they do. Their guidance can help the company in formulating strategies to train the new employees.
3) Special Programmes should organize by the company where the older employees working for long can interact with the new employees. This interaction will help the company and enable employees to learn new skills through their experience and knowledge.
