I believe there are two separate categories of leaders who are born and who have gained competence as a leader based on their experience and knowledge as well. The born leaders also need to refine and sharpen their skills or else they will have to lag behind in the genre or leaders. Yes, leaders have various defining traits and leadership behaviors based on which they are differentiated as leaders and their abilities and leadership styles are differentiated as well. There are autocratic leaders, cooperative leaders and also passive leaders and each of these category of leaders possess a unique style and approach towards leadership that will help them grow and develop as professional leaders.

I have been a professional in the software industry for the last six years and I have witnessed all forms of leadership which has helped me get flexible and effective as a professional and deal with such situations as well.
