Every Organization wants more productivity and productivity will increase with the healthy employees, for that organisation wants to promote workplace health. A healthy person called healthy when they are fit physically, mentally and socially, for that a an organisation can make a program, in which every staff needs to paricipates.

This, program an organisation can arrange in weekends so that it should not hamper work neither holiday of emloyee, in which they can plan different different activities like yoga, zumba, some games like badmintion, tennis, football and also some childhood games. This all games and activities will help employees to get rid of there stress and also feel fresh after a hectic weekdays, to promote this program AN ORGANISATION CAN INVITE FAMILY OF EMPLOYEES TO SO THAT THEY DON'T FEEL THEY ARE WASTING THERE FAMILY TIME. And, with the help of this program employees will able to cordinate within them more and happily.
