What Motivates You to Become or Stay Healthy?
The concept of health and wellness differs greatly between people. Health can be the absence of disease, while wellness can imply a positive state of health in holism, encompassing the mental, emotional, spiritual, and even social aspects. Think about your own state of health. Do you consider yourself a healthy person? If so, what motivates you to be healthy? If not, what would motivate you to become so?
Being in good health is the optimum way to live longer happily till death. So we have to take utmost care to attain our goal by proper exercise, food habbits, and engage your mind and body in stress reducing activities. During my childhood I was physically active. I never gained overweight. Some of my collegues experienced several problems with obesity and chronic diseases. I start to do exercise and followed proper diet from my childhood. My parents also following the healthy lifestyle which help me to learn it in my early life. Luckly I never experience any major diseases or hospitalization. Disease conditions like URTI, diarrhoea, fever, myalgia are some common condition I faced during my entire life. Luckly I am not getting mentally irritated and emotionally strong as well. I am socially active and maintaing good interpersonal relationship with others.
I feel I am a healthy person compaired to most of the other people in physical, mental,emotional spiritual and social aspect so far. During my clinical experience I goes through the experiences of different patients and came to know the importance of health in different stages of life.Chronic disease condition may influence the mental health in the patient and relative as well. Information related to difficulties facing due to ill health by others strongly motivate me to stay healthy as long as i can live by proper exercise, diet, things to be avoided,relaxation technique etc. If we’re trying to lose extra weight, eat healthier, you’ll probably be more successful in life.
