beliefs.
Sometimes creating a religious resource group leads to increase

clash with other religious groups inside the organisations. Having
an understanding of impact of the specific group on the

of the organisation.

commission. As the people are increasing in the organisations
number of complaints involving different wedding cultures are also
increasing because of the increased diversity and other cultural
aspects. This trend has been present in industry since a long time
but implementation of the strategies is poorly does basically the
