Public speaking is an extraordinary form of art that is innate in a few people. It can be excelled through learning and continuous practise . Stage exposures and when practically done teaches a lot than theory. An expert public speaker , even if he has seen many audience will thoroughly prepare for his speech in advance. Good preparation will give him confidence and content to present in the forum.
Preparation
To prepare for the speech , the speaker should do the following.
1. A clear understanding of the topic is necessary. Some words in topics may be confusing but clarity has to be done first.
2. Many references and readings should be read and understood. Then it should be quoted or included in the content of the speech.
3. A written copy of the content will give more confidence.
4. Lots of practise before the real session will be of much use.
5. Apart from content breathing techniques and other things that will boost confidence likes body postures should be practised.
Things that can be done differently in order to be more effective are
1. A very catchy introduction is necessary to attract the audience.
2. Inviting audience to participate in a few circumstances will increase their interest.
3. Visual aids will anticipate interest.

1. Introduction should be perfectly planned . Speeches become memorable when it is introduced in a different way.

3. The quietness of the place and the question mark on the face of the audience will prove how the introduction is.
How well I relate to the audience.
1. The feedback from the audience , and how they discuss about even a minute incident quoted in the speech will be the success of the talk..
2 . Many personal incidents narration related to the topic will relate to the audience very easily.
Body of the speech
1. My themes were clear and definitely most related to the topic.
2. Overall ideas were developed thoroughly the rendering.

2. Various sub topics accompanied the main topic.
3. Quotes from various intellectual sources proved fruitful in reaching the audience.
3. Speech included all the essential information and aspects needed to reach the audience.
A little revision needed for improvement in the speech was the reduction of lengthy sentences. Sometimes the meaning of the lines will change or it would be misunderstood if it's too long.
Conclusion
1. The audience applauded for a long time after I concluded.
2. Their happy and satisfied comments about my rendering proved that they were satisfied with my performance.
3. They told that they will never forget the stories and incidents that I quoted because it was not regular ones.
