Do you agree that a certain degree of stress is necessary to induce high energy and motivation?
Stress is of two types i.e. positive and negative. Postive stress is benefucial for us. It is also called eustress. It helps in finding motivation. It causes extra pressure on brain.
It forces us to think out of the box. With positive stress we try to find out alternatives for execution of a particular task. Positive stress also boosts our immunity.
It forces our heart to work in extream conditions. It strengthens our ability to face negative situations. Immunity is being strengthened due to production of extra interleukins.
When immunity is strong then less fatigue occurs during heavy work. It helps us in being more energetic. Stress in small amount is very beneficial for us.
Through positive stress we learn to keep levels of neurotransmitters at their optimum. Positive stress always inspires us to perform with our level best efficiency. It prepare us for suitable fight and flight conditions.
