This type of research is known as Behavior Analysis, also known as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), which helps in further observing and understanding the underlying causes of the concerned participant’s behavior. ABA is also carried out in firms, organisations and communities,so as to understand the behavioral patterns of the same.The study of such behavioral patterns stimulate the reasoning behind why and how the individuals in a firm, community or organisation react or act the way they do.This intricate examining of the functioning and responses of individuals helps in underlining the root causes of certain ill-disposed traits that some individuals may possess.
