The school has a dress code policy. Students start to be absent and the absent rate increased, thus school changed policy and let the students wear casual attire for 1 day a week, in this case; the absent rate dropped. School decided to change the policy for Art students and let them wear casual attire for 3 days a week, so the school realized the absent rate incredibly decreased.
