To be stay happy seems that it is not a hard work. But if someone wants to live a happy life, take an active part towards happiness. If we want to understand happiness, first of all, we have to know about what is happiness, what its need to be happy. We have to take understand what is happiness. Happiness is not for a short period. It is not a momentary pleasure but it is more than that. We all know that money doesn't bring happiness. It is not an external material based phenomenon. The real happiness comes from self-fulfillment, something worth done for the society and community. A person stays happy with staying active and make a sense of feeling aha. American and Chinese people are two communities that are divided into two perspectives, the individualistic perspective, and the collectivist perspective. The American people are individualistic perspective people whereas china people are collectivist. The Chinese people are harmonious whereas American people are not. Americans are individualistic perspective, they think externally but Chinese people internally. They think about their whole family. The American people describe that happiness is precious value but the Chinese people don't value it at this level. Chinese people focus on the emotions of their relationship than Americans. Both region have a different perspective on society and their culture.
