There is a need for developing skills for trainers to be successful in their profession. According to research conducted by Kleim, (2016), there are three essential skills that trainers need to possess to be successful in the near future. Adaptability, presentation skills, and critical thinking.

Flexibility is one of the traits among many successful personnels in society. I still believe in its greatness which will continue adding value to both trainers and trainees. Many learners will learn crucial skills that will play a significant role in facilitating their skills to become successful in their careers.

In the 21st century, critical thinking is a necessity for success. Learners need to look at things from different angles to come up with better and effective ideas that improve the services they offer. Being open to new ideas and approaches enhances trainer's skills and knowledge in their profession which enhances adaptability to changing situations Kleim, (2016).

Lastly, proper presentation of skills will make a trainer great in their career. This will have a far-fetched outcome since many learners will get engaged in the class interaction that improves understanding and recalling the concepts. Agile is a design structure that was initially used to develop software though currently it is used in large areas where big tasks process are involved such as in project management.

• Agile design process stakeholders gather together and deliberate on objectives and goals of online training.
• The whole online training team is divided into categories.
• Features are evaluated by stakeholders that meet the objectives and goals.
• When stakeholders are contented with the design process to develop online training in progress, they develop online training.
