As we know that MENA locations include 19 countries like Algeria, Bahrain, Djibouti, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Malta, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, Palestine, and Yemen.
so, If Jupier Industries need managers or top executive in its companies in these countries to manage its business then i would suggest that Company should take Cpmbination of The polycentric staffing approach and regiocentric staffing approach
This is because under Polycentric staffing approach, Jupiter industries would be able to hire Locals from host countries for top position which would help the company to manage business more effectively. This is because these locals have more knowledge of market, laws and regulations, customers demand, society and culture so hiring local will help to remove these issues from the picture.
second, Having a regiocentric approach will help Jupiter industries to hire people for position who are from same region. This approach is like polycentric but more effective because it focus on people belong to same region even there are from different countries like Middle east region in which company can hire from Qatar, Saudi Arabia,UAE.
Using the people from this staffing approach will help Jupiter industries to have talent who can meet requirements of host country and grow the business in those host countries.Those locals know more than people from home or parent country.

The cost of living of Morocco and Egypt must be analyzed in American dollars and then salary and compensation may be devised.
