Explain and describe the Parity of Healthcare Model, including the models that it incorporates, and its usefulness to healthcare leaders.
The Parity of Healthcare Model is basically made up of two separate models which was later put together. First one of them is the Managed Care Quaternion, which was forumated by Coppola in 2003. This model has actually become very popular and gained support because of many reasons such as acceptancy and simplicity. State agencies try to identify future needs. This tool has become much more stronger tools when it is used in tandem with the Iron Triangle, which was created by Kissick in the early 1990’s. He recogniz that there are three important factors when trying to make health care related decisions, which are into cost, quality, and access. The main idea here that was basically to change the angle of one it will also affect the other two constructs. The parity of healthcare effectively clubs this two models together in order to reduce the adversely impact from both models .In case of iron triangle suppose a healthcare invest.money.on building their technjcat capability it will increase their cost of running the operation and in return they have to increase the fees or money to be remitted from the patient's. This has adversely effect as it will create dissatisfaction from customer side ( flip side ). This the participants of healthcare understand the situation and will deep dive on the same before taking any important decision making. It bridges the gap between various entities and also forecast the changes required
