The given claim is not fully valid, the securing using continuum, grounded shield around the hot wire carrying signal can reduce the risk of security breach and also increase the security, but we can’t say that it is unconditionally secure when consider about tamper resistance, since:

  • There are still so many ways the attacker can eavesdrop or tamper the communication.
  • They including side channel attacks: It is the monitoring and decoding of data that communicates based on the characteristics of electromagnetic radiation that emitted when the communication happens, this pattern has a structure and a good decoding and attach can tamper the communication, it can’t be resisted by the current security scenario.
  • Reverse engineering attacks still possible: In such cases the structure of the device and functionality is learned from constant monitoring and research. Then the attacker can gain ways to attack the system accordingly.
  • Thus while considering still there are possibilities for the attacker, we can’t say that the communication is unconditionally secure.
