The US healthcare delivery system consist of Clinicians, Hospitals and other health care facilities, insurance plan and purchaser for health care services all operating as a group, networks or independent practices and consist of both public and non public sectors operating either for profit activities or non profit activities. All these various individuals and organisations are collectively known as health care syystem. These helathcare center faces serious cost and quality challenges, in US the people spend more of their income on the health care services as compared to any other country in order to support the system The US has the best doctors for those who can afford them in comparision to the rest of the world.

The International Healrhcare delivery system in which the medical cost are rarely cited as a reason behind personal bankrupcy. There exist trade offs. Patient in UK and Canada and other such countries have long waiting time for care than those of the US provider.Provider in US are comparatively paid better which leads to higher cost but prevents strikes and demonstration for high pay which are generally seen in other countries some countries like Canada have developed single player model to care for citizens while other countries have shown that it is possible to have universal coverage.These Approaches help American to develop and improve its health care system to a much better extent.

The heath care system of US is comparatively much better system than other available healthcare system because of the following reason.

• US health care system are free from strikes and any such demostration that affects the patient in one or the other way.
• US health care system have proven itself to be one of the best health care system among other through its services.
• US health care system shown a high recovery rate of the number of its patient as when compared to other health care system model in the world.
• US healthcare system takes a very good care of their patient as they pay a high cost in return of nay services.
• US health care system dont let their patient in a long waiting que or doesn't have long waitiing time.

The following are some organisational forces and major perspective affecting the US health care system in order to prove it as the most beneficial system-

1. Excellent patient care- The US healthcare system in return of high cost paid by their patient also provide them with excellent care as comparitive to other healthcare system.
2. No waiting times- It is another factor that affects the US health care system in order to prove it as one of the best system among other available healthcare system.
3. Best Doctors - The US healthcare system is comprise of the best doctors in the world which provides an excellent treatment and care to their patient as compared to the doctors of the other healthcare system.
4. Free from issues- The US health care system is free from all issues like strikes and other demostration which again make it as the one of the best health care system among the other available.
