1. Goal Standardisation: The most important HR practice for the organisation to achieve the higher productivity is the goal standardisation. Every organisation would have the targets and objectives set and work accordingly to achieve the highest coordination to achieve the goals in the most standardised manner.

2. Integration: After setting the goal, the next step is to integrate the developmental functions and product diversification at last.
