1)Three strategies that can be applied to MSN program are following -

A)Making the work more practical and evidence based-RN should focus on bedside care,teaching patients to manage at home care and doing general health screening.

B)Teaching better leadership skills by spending more time in classroom.Student should know how to behave in clinical environment during work.It should teach students flexible leadership.

C)Appreciating life long learning,as nursing required life long learning from experiences,changes for improved healthcare outcomes.

2)Three professional resources that can be applied for success in nursing practice in general-

Learn by watching and then doing:It makes graduates can take advance roles in all types of health care setting.for eg. making case study on patient and practicing on the same topic help the nurse to give better care to the patient with same illness or symptoms.

Accept technology as the future of nursing:repeat skill based lessons as they dont impact on actual patients.It involves record keeping,testing patient etc.

Improved relationship among patient and nurse:Advanced communication skills to promote relationships between patients and nurses.It can be improved by open discussion in classroom and it also inproves outcome of patient care.

These resources can be applied profesaiobally and in academics easily.Its hand in hand learning.Both thinhs simultaneously helps the student to nurture better in skills.

For eg.using techonology for learning by watching and then doing on patient-askinh the student to make case study on patient and then give presentation of the same topic in class will help the student nurse to learn specific more things like treatment plan,sign and symptoms.

Watching procedures first and then applying on the patient is much easier.

2)learning throughput the life:By this,studeny nurse learns that everything is changing in nursing practice with time and skills shpuld be improved accordingly.
