Expert Solution

Leadership: Leadership is defined as the art of motivating a group of people to work to achieve common goals.

Transformational Leadership:

It is a leadership style in which leaders motivate, encourage and inspire employees to innovate and make a change that will help to grow and future success of the company.

Transformational Leadership will benefit the organization in the following ways:

  • Transformational leaders quickly analyze the company's current situation and create the right vision for its growth and improvement.
  • Transformational leaders lower staff turnover or employee turnover by making them more engaged and included in the organization.
  • This leadership style focuses on the positive impact of change and tells the employees to contribute to it. This makes easier for employees to accept the change and enjoy it.
  • Transformational leaders tend to be driven by values and focussed on ethics, which encourages the employees to be straight and narrow and act in the best interest of the organization.
  • Transformational leaders are excellent communicators. Whenever the company has a communication problem, the transformational leader articulates the corporate message clearly to the employees to remind them of what is expected to be done.
  • Transformational leaders give freedom to their employees rather than putting control over them.
