I feel our actions not only affect ourselves but those around us in any form. Many of decision we make in our professional setting always involve situation where doing things ethically comes into the picture. If we as human tell a lie, as a consequence we loose someone’s trust and lower our own integrity. If we use bad materials or produce which is not as it should be we can jeopardize the safety of others.
Questions of morality and ethics has great benefits for the society and human as a race. Ethical behavior is equally important in both workplace and in our personal lives. Every where business is conducted, ethical practice matters. In my opinion any business which able to sustain for long run is set up on the basis of best ethical practices, working with all parties in most ethical manner is what define the business in long run.
Professional ethics serve as a tool guide to how we should conduct ourselves in daily life and helps us to assess others whether their behavior can be justified. The concepts most directly associated with ethics are truth, honesty, fairness, and equity.
