First we have to know what are ethics ,they are set of principles that guides decision making on personal values of what is considered right and wrong

Making ethical decisions are important in project managers personal and professional lives because it generates trust and respect

I want to provide two answers for the question which deals with two cases when it is easier and when it is difficult to work in ethical manner

Case 1)

The ethical decision project manager often face

Let us take a situation that working on a projects that you personally do not believe in such as military projects, and projects for different political parties ,whether to do it or not and being asked by the relative or friend to hire ,even they are not suitable to job and deciding whether to hire are not those are the ethical decisions project manager often face

No I don't think so, because professional code of ethics doesn't make easy to work in ethical in an manner

Case2)

The ethical decisions often faced by project manager are

*Being honest and truth with commitments as bribes will be offered to project managers

*Fulfilling the commitments taken project manager like submitting project within deadline

*Seeking to understand the truth that is what is correct and what is wrong

Yes professional code of ethics makes easier to work easier over here in ethical manner Because ethics which are guideliness helps in deciding in such situations
