Do your professional behaviours align with and reflect your ethical beliefs? How?

Ethical Believes:

Ethics typically means a set of values followed by a group of people working in an organization or society which includes activities that are correct or wrong, Beliefs and Laws.

Professional Behaviour:

Professional behaviours are kinds of etiquette at work place which is primarily linked to respectful and courteous behaviour.

Yes, professional behaviours align with and reflect ethical beliefs due to below reasons:

1. Professional behaviour in business is following rules and values which are set by the organization and which are termed to be good. Example: Honest, Equality and fairness etc. Typically my ethical believes also circle around these characteristics and hence there is 100 percent alignment.

2. Following company code of conduct is must for following professional behaviour for an employee who the company feels right like integrity, non-discrimination etc. Again these are something which I follow even outside the workplace and hence totally alliance within the workplace.

3. An elaborate training and communication session would help organization to put professional behaviours in place within employee’s and thereby avoiding employees getting into unethical ways. I feel the same way wherein teaching and coaching is a part of my professional and personal life.

4. Being unethical is against law and is strongly inculcated with in me which reflects in work place as professional behaviour.
