Social responsibility is the duty of individual or organization towards society to make society a better place to live. In order to make society more livable for everyone and creating shared value for society, everyone has to play their part for it under the purview of social responsibility. For example, an organization promoting and helping the government or any NGOs (Nongovernmental organizations) for child education is doing their part of social responsibility. It can also be considered as an obligation to perform such duty to make society a better place because the organization performs its activities within societal boundaries.
