Communication is a method to convey /transfer a message,thoughts,ideas from one person to another. It is of two types-

Verbal communication

Non verbal communication

Communication Ethics has two factors -:

Conversation

Interpersonal relationship and conversation is necessary in a communication whether it s verbal or non verbal communication, it helps in a smooth exchange of message between the individuals .It will help in easy completion of task without misunderstanding .For a effective communication a positive interpersonal relationship is mandatory.

Bias means having favour or against a person ,thing,decesion etc.

Ethics are the principles which guide the individual what is right and bad.Bias is a ethical problem beacuse it is breaking the principle of justice -which means equality/fariness,when there is bias in a communication it becomes unethical because there we are not treating every individual equally either we are favouring or against a individaul due to some of the reasons and its breaking the boundaries of ethics.These kinds of communication are not reliable,there is wastage of time and energy and are not effective as this leads to misunderstanding and loss of trust among the members .
