Answer: Healthcare industry is type of industry which is responsible for maintaining the good health by providing services, medicines, drugs, equipment, research technology to serve people in the best possible manner. These health care services are provided by best trained medical professional to keep people healthy.

Nowadays, patients safety is at risk because of legal and ethical issues in medical field. The medical professional should identify patients problem, establish a good communication, resolve it by mutual consent. The professional should suggest the possible ways to get cured in patients best interest. They should not persuade or force patient. It should be patient's personal choice to choose the treatment or any related decision.

If the patient agrees to go with the suggested treatment or recommendation, medical professional should maintain high skill and knowledge with the current medical practice which will benefit patient. The medical professionals are strictly prohibited from making any kind of personal relationship with patient during treatment. Patient should be in consent with all the procedure, risks, benefits  and possible consequences.

Legally, all the patient's privacy and information should be protected and cannot disclose it to anyone. When patient dies, privacy rights still cannot be compromised.
