How do you resolve unethical bussiness behavior at a beer distribution company you work at and what would be your recommendations to management to deal with these issues.

Solutions

Expert Solution

Answer :- One must report to person-in-charge at beer distribution company for unethical business behavior. To deal with unethical business behavior, I will recommend management to make one committee especially structured to discuss and solve the unethical business issues. In the committee, there must be three persons, one senior managerial person of HR department, one director of company and one senior person from Internal Audit department of company. If there is no internal audit department in company then one person from Admin department should be a part of the committee. The committee should give / presents its report on unethical business practices to board of directors of the company. Immediate action should be taken against the person behind the unethical business practices.

If the size of beer distribution company is small then to oversee unethical business practices, One person-in-charge should be appointed by company who will give his unbiased report to HR department of the company.

Further, will suggest, to impart periodical training to staff members as to guiding them what are ethical and unethical business behavior at an organization level.
