What can be done to promote ethical behavior in organizations/reduce unethical behavior? How can there be a level playing field if we are forbidden to pay bribes to compete internationally?

Organization is the group of variety of people's that have different mindset, knowledge, experience, culture, beliefs and religion that are working together. Organization has a culture and practices and on that basis organization knows in the society. Developing an ethical practices , monitoring corporate governance and attaining the corporate social responsibility are much essential and organization will become famous on these basis. Stakeholders, shareholders other will show a deep attention on such organization. Developing an ethical practices in organization is not a one day job and these are the every days activities and decision making.

These are the following things should be done to promote ethical practices in organization-

1) Every employees should follow the organization rules and regulations.

2) Employees should give the actual information which is true.

3) Every Individuals should work according to the company rules.

4) No more favouritism in organization.

5) Create a culture of transparency, openeness in communication.

6) Human resources planning and human resource manager should be more focus on employees unethical practices.

7) Training of ethical practices and their advantage to organization and employees.

8) Develop people's understanding.

May be out success path will become tough in international market but one day we will win and our brand values and brand positioning will be much strong. While entering in in international market we should work according to our culture and practices on that basis we knows in our local market. In this present market companies are involving in maximization of profits and acquiring of market without considering the ethical practices.
