1.Yes i agree that the profession of health education/promotion should create a similar process to review unethical behaviour and if necessary take away the certification or certified health education specialities.As its the profession dedicated to the excellence in the practice of promoting individual,family,community health.The responsibility of all health educators and promoters is to aspire to the highest possible standards of conduct and to encourage the ethical behaviour of all those with whom they work.
2.The process to me may look like a) the process of enforcing professional behaviour.Every health educators and health promoters play a vital role in the lives of people among whom they work, many consider them as their role model.So by enforcing strict rules on unethical behaviours it reminds the health educators and promoters to be on track and to protect their moral conduct.And its important that they are conscious of the penalty that they have to pay if any misbehaviour is identified.
