Acute health problems are those when the symptoms suddenly appear and worsen rapidly. Acute illnesses like flu, cold, cough. Chronic illnesses are those which creep gradually and lasts for many months. Here the pain or the illness takes the format of disease. Such as back pain which lasts for months. Disease , pain is the common factor amongst both. Nature of pain in acute health disease start as a reaction to certain problem, whereas the pain develops gradually, out of habitual diet. Chronic diseases are most dangerous to health as they weaken the health capacity. They also lead to lot of intake of medicines which again is dangerous for health as body is dependant upon the medicines.

Ans 2) Chronic stress related health problems are Headache - When people come across stress, or constant they suffer from headache. Blood pressure shoot - The blood pressure increases due to stress, one is unable to work or concentrate in such times. Increase in Sugar - Stress also increases sugar level of diabetic person even he is not consuming sweet. Thyroid - Many people develop thyroid problems due to over stress. Cholesterol - There is cholesterol increase due to stress,

Ans 3) One should give answers to stress well. It is always necessary to exercise, eat healthy food to develop good habits. Usually exercise done in morning helps in keeping good mood through out the day. Meditation also helps in relaxation and helps in overcoming problems. It is necessary to drink plenty of water, to have good sleep, to pursue hobbies in order to give brain relaxation.
