When we study the effects of chronic stress on human health, most of our chronic stress is imaginary, meaning, it's made up by our imagination and conscious thought, created by the Frontal lobe.
Discuss, why frogs and lizards cannot experience chronic stress like that?
Human brain is made with a lot of wonders. One of the greatest ability that we have is our imaginary power. But this ability itself made us to these chronic stress conditions that it is due to our imaginary sense. As hypothalamus bhkeos in this imaginary sense the frontal lobe is the one that makes a judgement and conscious decision by connecting the memories and due to the problem solving capacity of this frontal lobe. As due to this human brain is more advanced. All mammals have the frontal lobe but they are not advanced. In case of the frogs and lizards their brain is not advanced. The cerebral cortex itself is not much advanced in these living beings. When we look into these non mammalian animals we cannot find a frontal lobe in them. As part of this they lack the thinking capacity and they are not able to connect their memories. So they have poor judgement. Wheat they do at a particular moment is for that particular moment. They don't carry any memory if that moment after that incident. As a result they don't have a problem solving skill and lack conscious decision. These all are sdue to the absence of this frontal lobe. So as they lack this conscious decision making they don't have the imaginary power and so that a chronic stress condition due to imagining is not possible.
