1) By securing top management's leadership and commitment for promoting encouraging and supporting a diversified workforce the organization can manage the working environment more efficiently . Through leadership skills the top management can cultivate a diverse workforce by enhancing coordination and collaboration among employees by motivating , guiding and supporting them to work and interact with each other. Management's commitment to develop a positive work environment can help to eliminate the differences in opinions perspectives beliefs , values, work ethics of employees from different cultures, regions, ethnicity, religion etc so as to coordinate their efforts irrespective of such differences.

2) Through continuously assessing the organisation's process towards its goals the organization can identify the weak areas which are falling behind of expectations or targets and analyse the shortcomings to address these areas with appropriate measures or solutions. The degree to which goals are accomplished will help the business to determine how effectively and efficiently the staff is working and collaborating and in which areas the performance targets are not me so that such areas will bring quickly addressed and hindrances related to work output of diversified staff are addressed.

3) The diverse workforce in an organization will be cultivated through attracting employees who are capable of adjusting to a diversified workforce and can work efficiently with diverse teams by being open to new experience, perspectives or opinions and being agreeable. Attracting the most flexible and accommodating employees will help the organization face little difficulty in promoting coordination and collaboration among employees in diversified work culture because the employees will not be resistance to it and will quickly mold themselves to fit in diversified groups and teams.

4) Training employees will help to foster a positive work culture to cultivate diversity as it will help the employees from different culture and background to understand how to cope up with the diversified environment effectively. It will instill competition in them and make them more resilient to diverse work culture and help them to accommodate effectively. Training will boost their morale and confidence to work in groups with people of different work ethics and perspectives. It will help cultivating diverse workforce through supporting them.
