Employee commitment is very necessary in a workplace as the committed employee feels more involved in the job which eventually increases his or her intrinsic motivation leading to a better work performance and thus, better work productivity. Thus, a leader must be concerned about maintaining and improving the job commitment of every employees working under him or in his or her team. There are certain ways in which a leader can achieve employee commitment while working on an innovative vision. These ways are as follows:
