Employee commitment is very necessary in a workplace as the committed employee feels more involved in the job which eventually increases his or her intrinsic motivation leading to a better work performance and thus, better work productivity. Thus, a leader must be concerned about maintaining and improving the job commitment of every employees working under him or in his or her team. There are certain ways in which a leader can achieve employee commitment while working on an innovative vision. These ways are as follows:

• The leader must be neutral and treat every employee with equal respect and dignity.
• The leader must make every employee understand the significance of the new innovative vision and must ask every employee about their own viewpoints regarding the organization's vision. Through this, the employees will be made actively engaged.
• The viewpoints of every employees must be praised and discussed well so that they feel important and also feel belonging to the organization.
• The leader must assign important tasks to each employee and must make them understand how significant their tasks are. This will make them feel significant and worthy and will increase their work motivation.
• Finally, the leader must resolve conflicts among employees and help them in coming to a truce without reacting angrily and by being calm and non judgemental. This will make them more committed to the leader and eventually to the organization.
