Given your personality type, how do you learn best? Do you miss learning some things because of how they are taught?

- Organizational behavior is a study of human behavior in the organization's functions. It’s interface of human behavior and organization situation, the personality type of organizational behaviors extrovert personality, agreeable personality, cautious personality, self-conscious personality, adventurous personality.

My personality type is an adventurous personality, which seeks out new experience and routine. Adventurous personality learns best by challenge authority and connection while it has traditional values.

The way of decision is more creative and unused. It is developed personal skills and knowledge so for learning this personality adventurer behavior needed.

In teaching, there is something that misses are balances in the strength, strength in organization and society, consistency and risk awareness, etc.

As described in the paragraph, there are various types of personalities and each personality type has the different learning abilities. The personalities described include extrovert personality, agreeable personality, cautious personality, self-conscious personality, adventurous personality.

Extrovert personality people are the one who are very much social because of their ability of verbal communication. They can easily understand the things through the verbal communications and they ask as much of queries as it is required to completely understand the concept.

Agreeable personality individuals are the one who always works in coordination with the people around them and are friendly in nature. They are the team learners and always try to decode the concept with the help of the trainer and the team around them.

Cautious personality individuals are focused towards the proven things and believe less in assumptions. They generally do not take the risky tasks. Thus, they can easily grab those concepts which have the proven theorems and hardly understand the imaginary concepts.

Self-conscious personality individuals are more aware about their actions and thoughts. They continuously think about their own behaviour. Such individuals feels shy in clearing their doubts in front of their fellow mates and hence they acquire the knowledge given by their trainers without asking anything or clearing their doubts.

As per your thought, you are an adventurous personality individual. Adventurous personality individuals like to take the challenge as stated by you and more creative in their decisions. They enjoy the practical learning rather than the theoretical concepts or in other words they are more interested in applying the theoretical concepts in the practical events.

I am an extrovert personality person and I always try to explore the things till they are very much clear to me. I always try to make social group of people around me and seeks their ideologies and opinions on a particular concept or thing. I never go back when it comes to test the things in practical sense which i have learnt in a closed room. Depending on the personality, a cautious and a self conscious person may miss out learning some things because of their characteristics but an extrovert person like me never miss out on anything which I feel I have not understood.
