In terms of my personality I would say open mindedness is an important part of me, the ability to be open to new ideas and willing to accept where you are wrong. Conscientiousness is also I believe a part of my personality.

I think I would work well with similar people, people who are open minded and still conscious about the real world environment we are in because despite being open minded sometimes when you are taking decision you have to ignore other aspect because that might not be important for that time period. In a world that is constantly changing you have to be open minded and still be cautious of the biases that might affect your decision.

I would not be comfortable working with somebody who is very much agreeable in nature or who is completely opposite to openness because then it becomes that the other person is not really willing to deviate from what we are currently doing.
