Great leaders may lead their business in the way they look out the organization.Good leaders may find a perfect balance of the business view and the things to be worked on in the organization.To become a successful leader they have to get through the minds of the people working in the organization and he also get through the works and make the people to complete the task within the stipulated time.

Leadership Traits For a Focused Organization:

• Foresight - Whatever may be the business or organization, the first and foremost quality needed is the vision of the organization. What you are going to do in your business,what is your output. Where you are now and what is your aim to achieve the end in terms of quality, performance, output delivery and so on.It gives the clear idea of what you are trying to achieve. Actually it turns a transaction manager into a transaformational leader.
• Courage - A leader must be ready to face the challenges that is put on his desk. Whatever may be the issue, the leader must have the courage to face the issue or the problem.
