Vince Lombardi main leadership traits can be summarised as follows-
1. self-belief - as a coach he always believed in knowing oneself what are the capabilities that one has he believes in to be successful one has to first know oneself which makes a person in believing in oneself.
2. Inspiring others - he tactics of inspiring others from its words he leads them by knowing about the capability of the team motivating them to believe that they can win. or him there are only two things either winning or losing. he always tries to push individuals when they lag in confidence making them know about there capabilities. Lombardi always inspires its team by saying hard work always pays so keep doing hard work-rest will follow also he believes in persistence and always chase winning which should be a prime goal. because he believes in making winning a habit.
2. Emotional Quotient - he believes in EQ which makes him a great leader he tries to access people's problems and tries to solve them through its motivating skills and leading them in bad times. he believes in using when a person is lagging behind i.e when a person tries to quit he start to push him so that he doesn't quit making team player emotionally stable comes in his agenda.
3. Freedom and investment- he always gives free hand in thinking he never imposes a person either wants them to analyses situation this technique makes him win over person hallways tries to invest in team player so that they get best out of oneself.
4. Strong decision- he always makes a strong decision that is necessary to win the game in a particular situation. he always weed out players who are not strong enough to win the game. As he believes in winning is a habit that should be engraved in oneself.
