Development appropriate practices (DAP) include the effective practices of teaching with formation of specific exam and learning modules for children to develop their aptitude make them career conscious in life. They should provide specific subject knowledge, developmental knowledge, practical kknowledge and quiz knowledge to children to develop their career goals in life. The levels increase as one progresses in life with three levels of organization namely level1, level2, and level 3 with initial level 0 as the starting trained worker.

Camping helps in the development of the child and initiates the process of learning and communication between the children in their society and in school. It helps in developing friends with effective relationships between them. There is a bon-fire at a specific area or place with organization of workshops, quiz, games , and various other activities like singing and dancing.
