2. No, Sally’s height and weight are not appropriate for her age . Her weight should be 14.9 kg and height should be around 83.8 cm i.e 33inches . But , in reality Sally has more weight and less height which needs attention and action must be taken .
3.The nurse should tell Sally’s mother that her child is having more weight than what is appropriate as per her age . She is obese and necessary obesity management and lab test needs to be done evaluate the cause behind this as her height is more than normal . It can be something related to hormone dysfunction .
