In addition their global human resource strenght is so wide that it covers more than 120 countries across.They managed to maintain communication protocol and minimise the conflicts level to build a syenrgy atmosphere using technologies.
Overcoming resistance to change organization should focus on blue print mapping of process and establishing communication channeles which interact with resources to understand the need of change and design the TO be structure by collecting feedback from employees. Give them adequate training and development and equip them to meet the necessity of change and take away the fear factor from them and make them secured.
