The organisational behaviour and the external environment impact the changes strategies that implement for the Australia Post project. Australia post-project allows all the company's responses to change the market with technical advances and customer demands to survive the company. However, employees prefer familiar ways to improve business, making several changes and adopting technology. It uses strategy to manage changes effectively by understanding the behaviour of the organisational. It discusses the need for the change in an open forum that allows employees of the company to ask questions freely without fear of reprisal. It implements the post to accept and adopt the organisational changes.

In the Post project, the organisational or individual level, companies make decisions and implement it.

Organisational behaviour influences the decisions that make changes within an organisation. The organisation's approach to risk will determine the extent to which managers and employees feel comfortable taking risks in their decision making. Organisations also encourage inform decision making and risk-taking to frost the innovation.

In this project companies with robust, effective communication allow managers and employees to inform the decisions so that they easily understand the business context. Company managers set the standard for accepting and negotiating the decision making and managing the risk. External environment can be subdivided into two-

The General Environment of Organisation consists of factors that direct effect on operations but nevertheless influences the activities of the company. In the internal environment of an organisation, it makes the strategy so that it easily delivers the value towards customer which define the organisational purpose and seek the profit. The basic elements of internal environments are- Board of Director, Culture of an organisation, Goodwill of an organisation as well as employees, Owners, and shareholders. In the external environment of an organisation, it embraces all the general factors that control business operations. The basic elements of external environments are- Political factor, Economic Factor, International Factor, Demographic factor and many more.

It also boosted the e-commerce business that praised the medium-sized business that is Pitchfest and Digital iD.
