Assement on GOOGLE COMPANY CULTURE

The Company culture of Google is very same similar with the engagement of the employee.The view of mountain is innovating and proved to be very experimenting with the culture of the company and to a great effect..Almost 86 percent of the employee of the GOOGLE says that they are satisfied with the Job they do and also on the glassdoor website it has rating of 4.44/5 .Everybody is very familiar about the Hollywood firm THE INTERNSHIP which was released on 2013 and it was based on Google approach of cultral organization.Google former senior Vice President of Public relation office said that IF you take away all the stuff . you will have the same firm still, with the same ride for the innovation ad creativity .The GOOGLE was founded by Larry page and sergery brin through a search engine when they were at STANFORD UNIVERSITY.It is a billion user company worldwide with youtube,,google search, android etc and a lot more.

The unofficial motto of Google is that dont be evil and it is relatively easy to achieve the official mission of company by this motto that to make world information organized and making it universally acessible and very useful .Most of the employee of the Google company says that the mission of google keep them innovative and motivated to engage.In words of Bock says that it is very difficult to find a place where each and every person knows its mission and believe to achieve it .Because the Goal of this companny is inpirational and noble.The emolpyees get resonated.Having a set of core value to be clear is the basis buidling block of a healthy company and its culture which stands apart from everyone else out. The organization culture of google company is flexible that the employees are motivated to work the way they like including fun ( gmaing , nap , ping pong ) .The google belived that the Collabration is the key and employees are motivated to train each other in the special googler to googler program which include public speaking ,business skills,management skills, orientation and extra curricular activites like football.\
