1) Learning objectives is nothing but the end goals and output that an organizations wants to achieve from the education or training process. Usually those objectives are directly aligned with the end goals and targets for an organization.
2) Organization learning is nothing but a process by which the company ensures that the skillset is continuously increasing, the knowledge is constantly getting created and retained within the organization that can be considered as an asset for the company.
3) Need analysis is a process that is very well defined and documented that is followed to get to a point wherein as a company we can get to know that what are the needs and requirements for the company to reach the desired objectives, mostly they are the skill set addition needs and training needs.
4) Purpose of the lessons plan directly relates to the outcomes that would be achieved after the lesson is over i.e. the end results and the very reason for which the training or lesson is being conducted.
