Solutions

Expert Solution

1) Vaccination schedule should be restarted from the beginning if the interval between doses exceeded.

It is not necessary to restart the schedule of doses and can be catched up from where the child left. The previous doses will still count. This is known as catch up immunization.

2)Seizures

Seizures occuring within three days of administration of DPT is indicative of sensitivity to a vaccine named pertussis(Penta 2 vaccine). This is a serious violation of not giving Penta2 to an infant.

3)Condoms

For Nympha to not get pregnant during occasional sex,her partner must use condoms during sexual intercourse. It prevents risks of unwanted pregnancy as it covers the secretion from pe*is.

5)TBL and NSV

TBL is the tubal litigation or permanent contraception method of family planning. It is the process of sterilisation where tubes are tied to prevent pregnancy(woman)

NSV is no scalpel vasectomy where no incisions are made. The scrotal sac is punctured by the doctor with the help of hemostat to prevent pregnancy(man)
