Introduction

Nursing is a noble profession and it is considered as the hardest profession among professions. Nursing is a service to human kind as the nurses are the one who will be with the patients from their admission till discharge. They are the warriors in saving the life of their patients.

I'm a very blessed person as my profession is nursing and I'm extremely happy to say that I'm a nurse.
I want to be a nurse who has the good quality to maintain a trustful interpersonal relationship with the clients.
As we all know disease is a state of not feeling well and clients who are admitting to the hospitals will have many issues related to their health.
As a nurse I always wish to maintain a good interpersonal relationship with my clients which will help them to convey their problems to me and I could solve it to them.
To me nursing is not only a profession to be get paid. It is a service of full hearted support to our clients which gives a satisfaction to me when they gets discharged from the hospital and appreciate us for what we have done to them.
There are many things to value in nursing profession. Among that I value the loyal and honest approach of the nurses towards their clients.
A loyal and honest approach towards our clients make them feeling well being and they will really be happy to see us everyday to convey their problems and feelings.
I choose this career to serve human kind as I consider Florence Nightingale ( founder of modern nursing ) as my role model.
Her service to humanity made me to choose nursing as my profession.
Initially I had some difficulty to learn the concepts of nursing but after progressing in it I'm well confident to take care of my clients and I'm very much satisfied in giving care to them.
Another thing is that nurses are ready to give care without looking at the time. Even tthough their duty time is over, they will stay back if their client's condition is not good at the time of their shift of duty.
Nurses are both profession oriented as well as family oriented. They consider the clients as their family members and this approach makes the provision of good quality of care to the patients.

Conclusion

Nurses are the angels who will be with their clients till their discharge and the way they provide care to the patients is assessed by the patient's satisfaction during their discharge.
